Marvel has had a pretty nice run with Star Wars since re-taking the license. Their main book is going strong and is about to hit issue #50.

Hey there true believers. The Amazing Spider-Man #800 is coming up, and is poised to be the first Marvel book to hit those lofty numbered heights. As you might imagine, the publisher will be going all out with variant covers from some big time artists.

One of the biggest fan-favorite Spidey artists from the 90s, Mark Bagley is back on Amazing for a variant to issue #800. Starring Spider-Man and the Red Goblin, Bags’ style is sure to bring back a few memories.

Marvel’s Amazing Spider-Man will be the first book from the publisher to hit  800 issues. As you might imagine, there’s a fair bit of fanfare surrounding that event. And a part of that will be this variant cover, by none other than John Romita Sr.

By now you know all about the weirdo-future Ghost Rider that’s actually Frank Castle (the Punisher). But there’s apparently a huge amount of interest in the character. So much so that Marvel is launching him into his own solo limited series.

Marvel is hitting Fresh Start in a few months, effectively getting their heroes back to their most iconic. And that includes Captain America. But before that happens, the publisher will be filling in a little space for the hero. It looks like we’ll be getting a story that looks back …

Looks like the time of Marvel’s moon-bound heroes (and villains) might not be too much longer. The publisher has announced a brand new event coming this year titled “Death of the Inhumans”.

Not a dream, not an imaginary story, the Fantastic Four are back. The super-team will return to Marvel’s comic book universe this August in a brand new series.

The “Fresh Start” era is coming, and that means there’s an all new Avengers lineup on the way as well. It’s going to be a big shift back to the iconic heroes that you know and love. So you best believe Marvel Comics is going to celebrate big time.

Thanos is most definitely the villain of the day at Marvel Comics, and his original graphic novel series is in high gear. It’s a set of books that sees the conqueror gain the Reality Gem this fall with The Infinity Conflict.

Deadpool is still very much alive and well in the Fresh Start era of Marvel Comics. His ongoing series aside, he’ll also be starring in a six issue mini-series that’ll once again team him with his buddy Weasel. Deadpool: Assassin hits this June.
