Telltale takes the wraps off of Game of Thrones

Intrigue abounds for House Forrester in Games of Thrones chapter one, Iron From Ice.

Finally, at long last, we get a good look at what Telltale has planed for it’s Game of Thrones series and it certainly doesn’t look like lit’ll be disappointing.

The graphics look fantastic (though they always kind of do from Telltale) and the game will feature a nice cross section of the HBO TV show’s cast, including Tyrion Lannister performed by Peter Dinklage, Cersei Lannister performed by Lena Heady, Margaery Tyrell performed by Natalie Dormer, and that lovable scamp Ramsay Snow as performed by Iwan Rheon.

As far as story goes, al we really know is that it’ll settle on the Forrester house, a family who’s loyal to the Stark’s but being threatened by the Crown. It’ll also be placed right in the midst of the War of The Five Kings storyline from the show, so there’ll be plenty of chances to run into fan-favorite characters here and there, even ones who might no longer be with us. And actually, to that end, Telltale promises that some more cast members will be appearing later on in the six episode season.

Game of Thrones is scheduled to hit the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, PC, Mac, and iOS (plus some more platforms that have yet to be announced) before the year ends.
