The Expendabros come to BroForce in free update

Sly Stallone’s Expendables have been Bro-ized and injected into the hit indie action title BroForce.

The Expendabros have assembled and set their sights on the forces of ruthless arms dealer Conrad Stonebanks in the forests of Eastern Europe. Battle in a flurry of bullets and non-stop action through ten full-throttle missions set amongst the picturesque tree tops and the absurdly dangerous lumber mills teeming with enemy soldiers, excessive artillery, and inconveniently placed circular saws. Rescue your brothers in arms and play as seven different legendary soldiers – each with their own unique weapons and special attacks – with up to four players at once in local multiplayer co-op mode.

As a massive fan of BroForce and somebody who enjoyed the first two Expendables, I’m pretty pleased with this one. Seven new characters, four player local co-op, and ten new missions adds a ton of content to an already packed game in BroForce.

And by the way, if you’re an action junkie and loved the action flicks of the 80s/90s, then you really need to play this game at some point. Seriously, check out our preview of this Steam Greenlit beauty for why. The Expendabro expansion pack is available now to add onto your copy of BroForce for the tidy sum of free. UPDATE: Looks like Expendabros is actually a stand-alone game in and of itself and not ‘an add-on’. Still free though, and you can still grab a copy here.

About Jason Micciche

Jason's been knee deep in videogames since he was but a lad. Cutting his teeth on the pixely glory that was the Atari 2600, he's been hack'n'slashing and shoot'em'uping ever since. Mainly an FPS and action guy, Jason enjoys the occasional well crafted title from every genre.
