Assassin’s Creed IV defies the Creed with live action trailer

Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is the biggest and broadest game in the series to date. Maybe the most cinematic too, as the new live action trailer for it could easily be something you’d see promoting a blockbuster feature film.

Usually, it’s not so great when a publisher doesn’t show all that much of the gameplay from a game in the trailer. We’ve already seen so much of what has ACIV looking like a game to beat this Holiday though, that a cinematic, live action trailer like the one above is just a cool little add-on than anything else.
