Xbox Live Games with Gold announced for July

This July Xbox Gold Members will be able to download “Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition” and “Max: The Curse of the Brotherhood” for the Xbox One.

Xbox 360 owners will be able to download “Gotham City Impostors” starting July 1st until July 15th. Starting July 16th “Battleblock Theater” will be available for download until the end of the month.

“Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition” was originally released for the Playstation 3 and PS Vita in 2013. The game scored well and features a Metroidvania style of play.  Gamers will play as the Juan Aguacate and travel between the realms of life and death as Juan looks for his lost love, El Presidente’s Daughter.

Last month’s carryover title, “Max: Curse of the Brotherhood,” is a tale about two brothers. Max and his younger brother Felix are transported to a magical land after Felix is kidnapped by a creature. Max teams up with his Magic Marker and sets off to rescue Felix.

“Gotham City Impostors” is a FPS set in Gotham City. The warring factions of Batman’s rogue gallery have taken the fight to the streets. Players will battle each other in standard set of modes such as capture the flag, team death match and so forth.

From the developers of “Castle Crashers,” The Behemoth’s second game is called “Battleblock Theater.” If this game is anything like “Castle Crashers” then we can all expect a crazy game filled with great gameplay and lots of fart jokes.
