The changing of the console guard has dealnews polling the gaming public at large about where their allegiances lie in the current generation and what they’re looking forward to most in the next.

Although independent game makers were more than a little bit put off by the Xbox One’s lack of direct support for Indies, it looks like that might not be 100% the case.

Techland’s newest title is a dark fantasy hack and slash called Hellraid. And while raiding hell doesn’t sound like a great idea, from the developer’s Q&A that’s just been released, it actually sounds like a pretty fun time.

So apparently internet gamer rage doesn’t count for much in the real world.

It’s not too big of a surprise, but Ubisoft confirmed that its biggest games of the upcoming Autumn/Holiday season will indeed be coming to the Xbox One.

Ghosts might just be the biggest departure from the Call of Duty formula since Modern Warfare first broke onto the scene. If you haven’t seen it yet, check out the trailer after the break.
