Nintendo’s recently announced Star Fox is finally here for the Switch 2. It lands along with a host of other Switch 2 and Switch games.

As hype goes, Star Fox didn’t have a lot. Then again though, that’s probably understandable. A remake of the N64’s entry in the series, Nintendo only revealed that Star Fox would be coming to the Switch 2 about a month and a half ago. So really, there wasn’t much time for previews.
Nevertheless, the day has finally arrived, with Star Fox landing on the Switch 2 today. For those who don’t know, the new version of the 64bit classic features a whole new look (obviously), plus full voiced dialogue and some new modes that include online multiplayer.
This week brings other big name releases as well, most notably with Devil May Cry 5. The most recent entry in that set of games from Capcom is re-presented as Devil May Cry 5 Devil Hunter Edition. While it looks to be more or less the same experience as the 2019 original, it does include the Virgil DLC, and will run in “60 fps in both TV and handheld modes”.
Looking for something else to occupy your time? Well, no worries, because the usual glut of additional launches are on board this week too.
