Threezero’s take on G.I. Joe’s Cobra saboteur hits pre-order with new Firefly figure

If you thought Threezero wasn’t going to carry forward its Joe line, think again. The company has just announced another new figure with Firefly.

Boom

Looking like he leapt right off the comic book page, or TV screen is Cobra agent Firefly. An iconic G.I. Joe character from the origins of the 80s toy line, the evil Cobra saboteur has appeared in just about every version of the famed fictional universe. And somehow toy-maker Threezero has managed to pretty much encapsulate all of his looks in one figure.

Threezero is proud to present the next character from G.I. Joe, the Cobra saboteur, Firefly! No one knows Firefly’s true identity. He is an explosives expert and an accomplished pilot who is known for getting the job done. Standing approximately 12-inches tall, the G.I. Joe Firefly FigZero 1:6 Scale Action Figure features a standard fully-articulated body with carefully replicated tailored costuming and a finely-detailed camouflage pattern. The enigmatic Firefly is outfitted with tactical googles, fatigue jacket, shoulder pads, arm guards with sheath, tactical harness, utility belt with holster, fatigue pants, kneepads, and tactical boots. The included combat knife can be sheathed in the right arm guard, and the magnetic detonators can be attached to the left thigh armor for storage.

Entertainment Earth listing

Priced in at $169.99 USD, Firefly includes 22 points of articulation and is in the 12″ scale. So he’ll fit in nicely with previously announced Snake-Eyes, Storm Shadow, and Roadblock. He’s also packed with accessories, weapons, and of course explosives. This is Firefly after all.

He’s set to ship out this coming January (2023), but can be pre-ordered now. As usual, you can secure just that via our sponsors at Entertainment Earth and through the link above.
