Release date for Mind Zero announced

Mind Zero for the Playstation Vita at last has a release date confirmed. The game will come out May 27th, 2014.

Mind Zero is a turn based RPG for the PS Vita. The gameplay is often compared to the Persona series, even the look and feel to it give off that sense. The first thing that comes to mind when you view the cutscenes is that the game looks a lot like a visual novel. The style that the storytelling is done in can certainly make one mistake the game for a VN, at least until gameplay is shown. It’s more appropriately labeled a dungeon crawler, but with rather hectic turn based action. You’re encouraged to nurture all of your party members when playing, in order to better facilitate the team’s strength. Switching between them often guarantees a good set of abilities and strength.

Like Persona, the characters are high school students with special abilities that normal human beings don’t possess. They use them to fight for their survival as they battle their own government in a desperate struggle. The game boasts 50+ hours of gameplay, and quite a lot for the player to do, keeping you busy for quite some time.
