Halo 4 GOTY announced

343’s first Master Chief adventure is heading back to retail, in Game of the Year format.

Halo 4 was, as expected, a huge seller for Microsoft and both critically and fan acclaimed- so of course it’s getting a Game of the Year edition.

The special edition of the game is set to include the base Halo 4 game (duh) plus “$80” in content, including:

• Spartan Ops Season One
• The Wargames Map Pass
• The Halo 4 Champions Bundle
• All Pre-order, Limited and Collector’s Edition content

Reportedly, the re-release will be on store shelves this October and will retail for $49.99 USD
