Konami stakes Castlevania prices

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Collection and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 just had their asking prices slashed with Konami’s Void Sword.

The latest incarnation of the venerable Castlevania series might not be everyone’s cup of blood tea, but Konami just made trying the garlic-phobic titles a lot easier on the old wallet.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Collection, which includes both the original Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD, has seen the price drop down to $29.99 USD. That’s a pretty great discount considering that you not only get both full games in the package, but also all of the DLC for Lords of Shadow.

As for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, the game that capped off the trilogy and ended the current story arc for the re-imagined Drac and company will now cost you only $39.99 USD. So if you’ve been putting off your return to the world of MercurySteam’s Castlevania, or if you never got into it in the first place, you certainly have less of an excuse to not go batty and fill in your collection now.
