SDCC ’26: Adult Swim parties on the Green

Once again, Adult Swim will be making a splash at Comic Con, as the network hits Bayfront Park with a host of special events.

Adult Swim is back

A staple at every San Diego Comic Con, Adult Swim is returning once again for this year’s installment of the mega-show. And as fans have become accustomed to, that means a party on the Green of Bayfront Park, with all the trimmings. That’s right behind the convention center by the way, if you’re unfamiliar.

Fans of the network’s various cartoons will find games, rides, prizes and more at what’ll be a free event. This year will also bring “nightly entertainment” that’ll include a DJ Dance Party, running from 9pm to 10pm. Not that that’s all, as fans can also look for a series of themed events.

Thursday, July 24th, will feature an exclusive content screening, with previews and reveals. Then on Friday, fans will be able to catch live table reads, featuring the cast of Rick and Morty. And finally, Saturday will will load up with “Adult Swim Through the Years”. That’s poised to celebrate the big 25 year anniversary, and attendees are encouraged to don their favorite related cosplay. Look for all three events to kick off at 7:15pm, on their respective days.

Here’s the official word on all of them:

• Thursday (7/23): Night of New: Exclusive Content Screening – Adult Swim kicks off Comic-Con weekend with an exclusive outdoor screening event where fans will get a first look at a collection of never-before-seen content, including surprise previews and can’t-miss reveals from across the network.
• Friday (7/24): Live Table Reads – Join the voice casts of Rick and Morty for an exclusive live table read featuring laughs, surprises and a rare behind-the-scenes look at the talent bringing these fan-favorite worlds to life.
• Saturday (7/25): Adult Swim Through the Years – Don your favorite Adult Swim-inspired cosplay and join a one-night-only celebration of 25 years of unforgettable characters, moments and mayhem, featuring a live animated visual set from Afuchs Twin.

The full Adult Swim on the Green event will be open from 1pm through 10pm, Thursday through Saturday. Fans can check it out on Sunday as well, though that’ll be much more limited in terms of time. That being the final day of the Con, look for Adult Swim on the Green to be open from 11am through 4pm.
