More cosmic horror coming from Fulqrum Publishing, including FPS action and survival horror

You might know Fulqrum Publishing from its Lovecraftian horror games already, but stand by because there’s more on the way.

One of our favorite series’ in recent years here at BG is Forgive Me Father, an action/horror set of FPS games that’s just gotten a sequel (in Early Access). Brought to fans by Fulqrum Publishing, the games are steeped in the lore of writer H.P. Lovecraft, and pull heavily from his iconic cosmic horror universe.

And while Fulqrum publishes a ton of games, spread out across multiple themes and genres, the company is heading back into void once again. Or actually, twice again, as it’s revealed both survival-horror game Stygian: Outer Gods and FPS Decadent at the Lovecraftian Days Steam event.

While both titles are a ways off (2025), you can check out the first looks at each below.

Stygian: Outer Gods is an upcoming survival horror game with RPG elements from Fulqrum Publishing and Misterial Games, in which players will unravel a millenia-old mystery on a strange island haunted by nightmares, and challenge the titular Outer Gods themselves. Set in a universe established by Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones, its story precedes the events of the Black Day, providing a fresh perspective on certain characters and events from the 2019 classic.

Decadent, a brand new story-driven first person shooter from Fulqrum Publishing and Incantation Games, sees players step into the shoes of an arctic explorer and World War 1 veteran turned decadent occultist embarking on a terrifying journey into the unknown. With atmospheric exploration, horror, and visceral combat, players will test the limits of their sanity as they face ever-shifting horrors on the search for their estranged son.
