Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 arrives with new characters, a roguelike campaign and more

The fight is back on, as Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is here, and loaded with new content plus a campaign mode.

Garfield!

According to publisher GameMill, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 has been “rebuilt and reimagined” from the first game in the series. If you played that former release, then you already know that it was a pretty sharp little fighter, that served up a selection of playable Nickelodeon-related characters.

Now the sequel has arrived though, and it stars not only an expanded roster, but also new “Super” attacks, a brand new “slime meter”, and even a campaign mode. That’s promised to play out in roguelike style, and with Danny Phantom’s “archvillain” Vlad Plasmius seated at the top.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 lets you duke it out with an expansive roster of 25 fighters, including all-new characters like Squidward Tentacles, Jimmy Neutron, the Angry Beavers, Azula, and more! Choose your favorite brawlers, customize them with iconic outfits, master their unique move sets, and use all-new powerful Supers to land the finishing blow. Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 features a single-player roguelike campaign, voice acting for all playable characters, and full crossplay across all platforms.

GameMill Entertainment press release

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is out right now, and you can grab a copy for Xbox and PlayStation consoles, the Switch, or the PC. There’s also a selection of DLC both out there and coming soon, including an all-encompassing Season Pass, a Costume DLC pack that offers one extra costume per fighter, and more characters to play as.

In addition to all of that, there are also three versions of the game itself to pick from. Those include base, Digital Deluxe, and Ultimate Editions, that are all out now for what sounds like all available platforms.

Here’s how those break down:

  • Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2
    • Base Game: $49.99
    • Digital Deluxe: $69.99 [Contains Season Pass content at discounted bundle price]
    • Ultimate Edition: $79.99 [Contains Digital Deluxe content + the Costume Pack at discounted bundle price]
