Wield divine power and fight to rid a blighted world of evil in Atlas Fallen, out now

Melding fantasy and super-heroics, Focus and Deck13’s Atlas Fallen arrives on consoles and the PC today. Did we mention sand-surfing?

Wield the gauntlet

Action-RPG Atlas Fallen is looking like a title that might be a bit of a sleeper. We haven’t seen that much buzz for it, but the game looks gorgeous, and casts players into a desert-like (though environmentally-varied), medieval fantasy world. There they’ll engage in fast-paced action gameplay, via their divinely-powered gauntlet, against a series of ancient horrors that seek to dominate the land.

Fast-travel? You might say it’s got that, as you can actually surf on that sand, to traverse the landscape quickly.

Glide the sands of a timeless land filled with ancient dangers, mysteries and fragments of the past. Hunt legendary monsters using powerful, shape-shifting weapons and devastating sand-powered abilities in spectacular combat.

Target and gather the essence of your enemies to shape your own custom playstyle, forging a new era for humanity in a fully cooperative or solo story campaign.

Focus Entertainment press release

Atlas Fallen is out now for the Xbox Series X|S and PS5, as well as the PC. It comes in two flavors as well, with standard and Limited Editions. The LE includes the base title for your platform of choice, as well as a steelbook, a metal poster, and the “Ruin Rising” DLC pack. That latter is stocked with “bonus armor and gauntlet skins and more”, according to the publisher.
