Trailer: Frictional Games seeks to terrify players all over again with ‘Amnesia: The Bunker’

For those who have forgotten, Frictional Games’ Amnesia series has been setting the standard for video game horror since the release of Amnesia: The Dark Descent in 2010. Emphasizing atmospheric environments and player helplessness, the series gains a new entry with Amnesia: The Bunker.

It appears, yet again, players will be diving deep into dark, subterranean caverns inhabited by nightmares–only this time, it looks like they’ll have more agency since they may be armed (though it appears that there may be far, far more monsters than bullets).
