Injustice 2’s Fighter Pack 3 has Atom, Enchantress, and the TMNT

The third Fighter Pack for NetherRealm’s Injustice 2 is a shocker. Yes, even more than Hellboy’s inclusion in Pack 2. Say hi to the TMNT.

TMNT, fresh from the sewers to you

As a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan, I’m seriously stoked. I mean, whoa. I was just talking about how they haven’t appeared in a good fighting game in ages. Honestly, Dark Horse’s Hellboy in the last pack was amazing enough, and I figured there’s no way another outside character would appear in Pack 3. I guess I was right in a way, since we’re getting not one, but four.

It’s still unclear how the Mean Green Ninja Teens will play in Injustice 2, since there was no gameplay in the trailer. It certainly seems as though they’ll be a unit, all fighting at the same time. How something like that’ll transfer to the screen is… well it’s a little puzzling.

My guess would be that all four will be hot-swappable, but share one life-bar. We’ll see though. If nothing else, NetherRealm is proving to be extremely unpredictable- and I mean that in a good way.

As for the rest of the pack, Atom is cool, though I can’t get too excited over Enchantress. Seems like a little bit of a wasted opportunity to me. Still, NetherRealm could’ve included the Wonder Twins as the two other characters in this pack, and I still would have been thrilled since the Turtles are in there.

As usual, there are no dates for any of these characters as of yet. though you can expect them to be available for Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition, Ultimate Pack, and Fighter Pack 3 owners first.
