Hitting last week, the story trailer for the Call of Duty series’ newest blockbuster action epic is suitably, well, epic.
Yep, pretty badass right there. Actor Chris Meloni looks like he fits right in too, with his somewhat ominous message at the close of the trailer. Call of Duty has never looked more like a sci-fi, dystopian story either, and man does it fit the franchise well. Sure past games in the series have adopted more and more science fiction elements and futuristic hardware and story points, but this one just might take the cake. Kind of reminds me of a more action-oriented Blade Runner, and that ain’t a bad thing.
Call of Duty: Black Ops III hits consoles (current and last-gen) and the PC on November 6th.
