Call of Duty: Black Ops III is set to throw enemy soldiers and bots at you in it’s co-op campaign, but fear not, as you’re sporting plenty of tech too.
So, for starters, Cyber Core look pretty neat as a kind of swappable perk system to give you different edges in combat. It reminds me of the abilities that you could accrue in Advanced Warfare, but way more in-depth and customizable, which is always a good thing. And there’s a ton more abilities to pick from too, so you’ll have different tactical paths that you an take depending on what perks you select. Missions could end up being pretty different each time you play, which could add in some terrific replay value.
Also adding some of that is that co-op gameplay, which looks pretty darn awesome. What you saw above was actually just the single-player campaign, but it’s a campaign that’s playable either by yourself or with three buddies to make up a team of four. Obviously, that might allow for some pretty good times.
Call of Duty: Black Ops III is looking sharp, and is set to hit the Xbox One, PS4, and PC, as well as the PS3 and Xbox 360 (in a slightly different form) this November the 6th.
