Lots of X-O Manowar love this week for Valiant Comics, with #15 of the new ongoing hitting the racks along with volume 4 of the graphic novelized collections. On the flip side, the publisher also has its supernatural hero Shadowman in action, with issue #3 of his series.

Coming back around for a third run, Britannia is Valiant Comics’ sword and sandals series. The latest installment leaves both Britannia and the arena behind, and goes one the hunt for a missing standard.

Valiant’s most mysterious and supernatural hero, Shadowman has been making quite the comeback to prominence here in 2018. But the tale told in issue #4 won’t be about the current version of the character, but instead focus on one of his ancestors.

One of the newest characters in the Valiant Universe is Bloodshot’s unstoppable, four-legged pal, Bloodhound. And in Bloodshot Salvation #9, you’ll learn just how this canine hero came to be. It all starts back int he trenches of World War I…

Shadowman makes his return to monthly action this week, as Valiant restarts its supernatural hero’s book. Meanwhile, the former emperor known as X-O Manowar goes to war against his former allies (and subjects).

Deadpool is still very much alive and well in the Fresh Start era of Marvel Comics. His ongoing series aside, he’ll also be starring in a six issue mini-series that’ll once again team him with his buddy Weasel. Deadpool: Assassin hits this June.

Neil Gaiman’s American Gods sags continues at Dark Horse Comics in American Gods: My Ainsel. The new series has more Shadow, more Wednesday, and plenty more gods to meet.

    One limited series hits its penultimate issue as Ninjak vs The Valiant Universe #3 lands on the stands. And on the flip side, this coming week sees the Secret Weapons spinoff Owen’s Story just start up.
