The critical and fan flop Aliens: Colonial Marines has officially been cancelled for the Wii U.

Sega and Gearbox’ Aliens: Colonial Marines was definitely not the same game upon release that we all saw in the promotional trailers- and now Sega admits it.

Well, after the long wait for Sega’s Aliens: Colonial Marines, today’s scores have been well below average shall we say? With that, an ‘ex-member of (developer) Gearbox’ has been discovered to have said that the development was a “train-wreck”.

The compatibility pack for the expansion isn’t working for some people.

According to a statement going around today, some bad code is wiping players saves- and it’s catchy.

No word on whether The Mysterons are included.
