Disco Elysium: The Final Cut dancing onto PlayStation, PC, and Stadia this month

It might be the end of the world, but there’s still a murder to solve. Acclaimed RPG Disco Elysium returns in “Final Cut” form this month.

Most foul

The last bits of humanity are living out the final days of the world. But as you can imagine, things are still not exactly as copacetic as they could be. That’s where the cops of Disco Elysium come in, as they investigate a murder in this last bastion of civilization.

The role-playing game was highly acclaimed when it launched on the PC a few years back, and with seemingly good reason. The title offers up a ton of options as you play and interact with its world. That includes one million lines of dialog, all of which is now professionally acted. Yep.

In “Final Cut” form, Disco Elysium is back and ready to roll onto PS4, PS5, and Stadia as well as back onto the PC. But this isn’t just the same game as before, as gamers will now be able to explore “unseen areas, encounter an expanded cast of memorable citizens, and leave an even bigger mark on the world, all with ‘quality of life’ gameplay enhancements and added replayability.”

Disco Elysium – The Final Cut brings the residents of Revachol to vibrant life with the inclusion of one million professionally voice acted words by actors from all over the world, as well as adding brand new political vision quests. Explore unseen areas, encounter an expanded cast of memorable citizens, and leave an even bigger mark on the world, all with ‘quality of life’ gameplay enhancements and added replayability.
