Check out a key moment from the upcoming Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

MachineGames’ Indiana Jones and the Great Circle gets better with each new look, as the game shows off one of its big moments.

Whip-cracking sounds

Coming up fast, with a launch scheduled for this fall, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle made an appearance at yesterday’s Xbox Showcase and gave fans a peek at a “pivotal, cinematic moment”. The video picked up the action to find Indy and his compatriot Gina Lombardi trudging across the frozen tundra of the Himalaya’s, as they come across a… battleship? On a mountain peak…

The ship seems the least of it too, and is just one of the mysteries left for players to uncover in the game. A grand-scale adventure in the vein of the films, The Great Circle will see Indiana Jones engaging in a globe-trotting quest set between Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade.

In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, players step into the boots of the iconic adventurer, Indiana Jones, in a first-person, single-player adventure set between the events of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark™ and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade™ to uncover one of history’s greatest mysteries. The year is 1937, sinister forces are scouring the globe for the secret to an ancient power connected to the Great Circle, and only one person can beat them to it – Indiana Jones. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will launch later this year, so stay tuned for updates.

Bethesda press release

Pack your whip and grab your fedora, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is head to the Xbox Series X|S and PC later this year.
