The Ghost with the Most returns with Sideshow’s Beetlejuice

Not only does Beetlejuice have a new movie coming up, but the classic specter has a collector figure coming too.

Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Bee… eh, let’s not

Update: Somehow we mixed manufacturers up on this one. This is spinning out of Sideshow, and is not being made by Hot Toys, so we’ve corrected the text. Special thanks to the reader who pointed out the error!

It’s kind of weird how there’s been so little talk about the Beetlejuice movie sequel. The film is set to bring back a good chunk of the original cast (including Michael Keaton), and is looking at a fall ’24 release, and yet there’s been almost zero chatter about it. Nevertheless though, it is on the way, and there’s probably going to be a decent amount of merch coming with it.

But even though the just-revealed figure from Sideshow Collectibles will be arriving in the midst of the new movie’s release period, it’s not based on the sequel (we think). Instead the collector-company’s latest 12″ figure plays off of the original movie. That means he comes complete with striped suit, black boots, and that ‘I’ve just been electrocuted’ hairstyle.

Here’s a first-look:

It’s showtime! Inspired by Tim Burton’s beloved genre-spanning film Beetlejuice (1988), the Beetlejuice 1/6 Scale Figure by Sideshow features a stunning headsculpt with a detailed likeness of actor Michael Keaton in the iconic role. The expertly painted portrait captures him in all his mildewed glory with a perfect fresh-from-the-coffin look. The figure also boasts soft, synthetic hair coiffed in a wildly feathered out style.

Beetlejuice wears a custom-tailored fabric suit including his signature striped jacket and pants, a shirt, a tie, and sculpted boots. Grave dust and other assorted stains add to his weird and otherworldly aesthetic.

This highly articulated figure comes with a variety of accessories including the Handbook for the Recently Deceased, wristwatches, and an assortment of swap-out hands, allowing for a huge range of gestures and poses.

Go ahead, make his millennium and add the Beetlejuice 1/6 Scale Figure by Sideshow to your collection. Available to pre-order from Sideshow.com.
