Nintendo Download: The Right Pikmin For the Job

At long last, Pikmin 4 arrives this week for the Switch, along with Might & Magic – Clash of Heroes, Nobunaga’s Ambition, and plenty more.

Gettin’ niche-y with it

There are a whole bunch of notable games hitting the Switch this week, but most of them could probably be labeled ‘niche’. Not that that’s a bad thing really, but if you’re looking for something new, you might have to do a little digging to find the title that hits for you.

The biggest game though, by far, is Pikmin 4. The latest in the long-running series, Pikmin 4 is once again all about strategy and exploration, setting players up as a new recruit in the space-faring Rescue Corps. Not a fan of little plant men? Well, maybe you’d be into hitting the pitch.

EA Sports FC 24 also hits pre-order this week, which you might want to get in on if you’re looking forward to more soccer action on the console. There’s also Might & Magic – Clash of Heroes: Definitive Edition though, if you’re into puzzlers, and the return of a strategy classic with Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening. Nobunaga is a series that started way back on the NES, and it’s wild to see it back… and looking so good.
