Wrecker and Tech join Hot Toys’ Bad Batch

A Star Wars faction will be completed next year with the addition of both Wrecker and Tech to Hot Toys’ interpretation of The Bad Batch.

A Clone for all seasons

The gang is finally about to be all here. High end collectible company Hot Toys has revealed today that the last two members of The Bad Batch are coming up in 2024, with the addition of both Wrecker and Tech.

Respectively the brawn and brains of the commando squad, Wrecker and Tech are the final two team members from the show to see collector figures from Hot Toys. They’ll join the already available Hunter and Echo, and Imperial loyalist Crosshair, who’s currently up for pre-order.

As usual with these figures, both figures will be done in a realistic style, as though they appeared in the films instead of a cartoon. That means they should fit right in with not just other Bad Batch figures, but any Star Wars figures in Hot Toys’ catalog.

Wrecker

The highly detailed Wrecker 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure by Hot Toys includes a new, hand-painted headsculpt with a screen-accurate scar and milky-white left eye. The figure also features a newly designed weathered helmet painted with Wrecker’s signature fanged skull design. Wrecker is dressed in expertly crafted, distressed dark gray battle armor with red markings, plus a special signet. Always ready for battle, he comes equipped with a blaster pistol, a blade, a magnetic backpack, and more. The figure has over 30 points of articulation and comes with a variety of interchangeable hands, allowing for a wide range of posing options.

The Tech 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure by Hot Toys features a new highly detailed, hand-painted headsculpt with screen-accurate facial expression, as well as a newly crafted helmet with articulated visor, which can be placed on the headsculpt.

Tech wears distressed, light gray armor with red markings, a special signet, and is equipped with a utility belt. His belt features a blaster holster, a magnetic backpack, and an array of accessories including a torch, a pair of tongs, a hammer, a welding tool, and targeting goggles, which can be placed on the headsculpt. Tech is also armed with two thermal detonators and two blaster pistols.
