Sideshow prepping spectacular new Spider-Man Premium Format Figure

Spidey fans will want to check this one out, as Sideshow Toys is getting a monster of a Spider-Man Premium Format Figure for release this fall.

Rise above it all

If you’re a fan of the web-head, this is one Premium Format Figure that could pretty easily take center-stage in any collection. And if you don’t like to wait, it’s also not as far off as many of Sideshow’s first-looks.

The company’s newly revealed Spider-Man Premium Format Figure stands in at over 21″ tall as well, so it’s gonna need room. Just keep that in mind if you do dive in and pick one up.

It poses Spidey in his classic red and blue costume, and features a stylized NYC base that’s complete with the Oscorp Building, that frames out the web-swinging action. It’s also got a pretty unique “forced-perspective” design. You don’t see something like that too often.

A unique forced-perspective base captures a spider’s eye view of the New York City skyline as Peter Parker swings off to his next crimefighting adventure. The Oscorp building looms large beneath him, while dramatic paint application recreates sunlight and shadows, making it another beautiful day in the Big Apple for everyone’s favorite wall-crawler.

Sideshow press release

Spider-Man is set to launch with a window that rolls from this coming November through February of 2024. Yeah that could be a year off, but it’s also a pretty beefy 2023 timespan. So if you’re thinking ‘Holidays’, you do at least stand a chance of getting it.

Spider-Man is priced in at $690 USD, and is available here.
