New dinos and a new location are coming to Jurassic World Evolution 2

What’s better than a “scenic mediterranean island”? How about one with dinosaurs? That’s Dominion Malta, coming to Jurassic World Evolution 2.

New Dominion

Inspired by the movie of… a similar name, comes Dominion Malta. A fresh expansion pack for the park-building title Jurassic World Evolution 2, Dominion Malta brings not only new dinosaurs to the game, but a new setting and story to play through.

The pack sets players to work on a trio of mediterranean islands. Even though it’s similar in terms of climate, it is a pretty big shift of locations. It’s there that fans will have to create a set of new Jurassic Worlds, using some new tricks of the cloning trade.

Of course, as a result you can expect new dinosaurs as well. The Atrociraptor, Moros Intrepidus, Lystrosaurus, and Oviraptor are all set to hint the Evolution 2 cast.

With the Authorities and the Underground both taking a keen interest in the operation, which organisation players choose to align with will unlock further research and opportunities such as hatchery upgrades, additional locations, and more. Players can switch between each island to manage their dinosaur facilities and use new features such as the cargo ship to transport species between them. The all-new Dinosaur Exchange will also allow players to acquire more species, eggs, and even genomes, in order to create and grow a profitable network of parks.

Frontier Developments press release

Jurassic World Evolution 2 expands with Dominion Malta this December the 8th. Watch for the pack to land for the base game on Xbox and PlayStation platforms, as well as the PC (via Steam, Epic, and the Windows Store).
