PAC-MAN Museum+ arrives, loads up on some rare PAC titles

If you’re a PAC-MAN fan, then this is a release you’re going to want to check out. Bandai Namco’s PAC-MAN Museum+ is absolutely loaded.

PACtion

As a pretty big PAC-MAN fan myself, there are a few titles in the ridiculously long-running franchise that I’ve played to death. And quite frankly, there are few that I haven’t at least tried at some point or another. Or so I thought.

Bandai Namco’s newest though, goes deep on the IP. Like really deep. Included in the 42nd anniversary set is a monster 14 games. You’re definitely going to recognize some, but a few just might be surprises.

The full list of titles featured in PAC-MAN MUSEUM+ includes:

  • PAC-MAN
  • SUPER PAC-MAN
  • PAC & PAL
  • PAC-LAND
  • PAC-MANIA
  • PAC-ATTACK
  • PAC-IN-TIME
  • PAC-MAN ARRANGEMENT Arcade ver.
  • PAC-MAN ARRANGEMENT CS ver.
  • PAC-MAN CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION
  • PAC Motos
  • PAC’N ROLL REMIX
  • PAC-MAN BATTLE ROYALE
  • PAC-MAN 256

Aside from all the games, PAC-MAN Museum+ also includes a few little bonuses. The title features an in-game arcade area, where you can earn add-ons, to decorate your virtual place. Included are “custom cabinets, decorative themes, wallpapers, and even a jukebox that plays music to design the PAC-MAN game room of their dreams”.

Additionally, players can pick up coins while making their way through PAC-MAN’s various adventures. Those are compatible with an in-game Gashapon vending machine, which will dole out “decorations and classic PAC-MAN themed toys”.

In fact, if you pick up a copy of the game within the first 30 days of release, you’ll get five silver or gold PAC-MAN figures to spruce up your “in-game arcade.” Expect unlockable missions and leaderboards as well, to round out this pretty loaded collection.

PAC-MAN Museum+ is out now for the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch.
