Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid – Super Edition morphs into retail

Back again is Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid, and taking a page from the Street Fighter series with a revision in the form of the new Super Edition.

It’s morphin’ time!

You might remember Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid, a fighting game starring Saban’s famed super-team that hit consoles and PC in 2019. It’s back for another round though, and looking better than ever.

The Super Edition of the above title is now available at retail, and is packed with characters and a huge collection of DLC. All in all, the game includes all of the content from the original Collector’s Edition, plus 3 Season Passes worth of stuff, and the new Street Fighter Pack. So I guess it has more in common with Street Fighter than I thought.

Stronger together! A modern take on the 28-year-old franchise, Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid – Super Edition combines content from the original Collector’s Edition, all three Season Passes, and the all-new Street Fighter Pack. Pit current and classic Power Rangers and villains like never before in 3v3 tag team battles, featuring 23 different playable characters, including the latest Street Fighter crossover characters, Ryu and Chun-Li.

Maximum Games

Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid – Super Edition is available now for the PS4, Switch, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia.
