SDCC 2021: Disney Pixar’s Up is the is the focus of today’s Mattel reveal

Taking a break from the action stuff is Mattel today, with a more animated reveal. Check out the Kevin & Babies Pack from the high-flying film Up.

Up, up and away

When you talk about animated films, Disney Pixar is more or less the gold standard. The movies that the studio produces are usually well received both critically and in terms of audience score. And that’s definitely the case with Up.

A story centered on a man and his flying house (there’s a lot to it), Up is a bittersweet tale. But while the narrative definitely has some sad notes, it’s also filled with colorful and fun characters and happenings. Take Kevin for example.

Kevin and her (yep) birdie-babies are all kinds of silly and goofy, not to mention bright. And the newly revealed action figures of said critters pop just as much as their film counterparts.

Coming out of Mattel, the Kevin & Babies Pack is the latest in the 12 Days of Fandom series of reveals. Each exclusive SDCC-related set will eventually be landing on MattelCreations.com, and Kevin is no exception.

Check out the full details below, including when you can score one of these sets for your own collection.
