Looking like it’ll be arriving right alongside the game is Dark Horse Comics’ latest Halo-centric art book, this one focusing on the art of Infinite.

Infinite artwork

We cover Dark Horse’s art book all the time here on BG. So if you’re a regular reader then you already know that the publisher makes some pretty cool stuff in that regard.

While there’s nothing to show off in terms of interior pages for their newest announcement, it’d be tough to imagine The Art of Halo Infinite being any exception to the rule.

The Master Chief is back in Halo Infinite, the biggest and most visually spectacular Haloyet. Halo Infinite will debut on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X, Microsoft’s fastest and most powerful console ever. To take full advantage of its prodigious graphical prowess, 343 Industries built an all-new, next-generation game engine, giving their world-class artists the tools and technology to realize the beauty, mystery and wonder of the Halo universe in unprecedented style and fidelity. 343 Industries have given Dark Horse access to the art and artists who have brought Halo Infinite to vibrant, vivid lifeIt’s all here in unparalleled detail, the heroes you’ve grown to love—the Master Chief, the brave soldiers of the UNSC, as well as the weapons, vehicles, villains and vistas—and of course, the eponymous and magnificent environments of Halo itself.

Watch for The Art of Halo Infinite on store shelves some time this Holiday. Nope, no firm date yet. That is slightly odd for Dark Horse, so I’d imagine this book is being timed for the game’s launch. If you don’t know, that also has no date yet.

About Jason

Jason's been knee deep in videogames since he was but a lad. Cutting his teeth on the pixely glory that was the Atari 2600, he's been hack'n'slashing and shoot'em'uping ever since. Mainly an FPS and action guy, Jason enjoys the occasional well crafted title from every genre.
