The Addams Family have a new flick in theaters, and a new action figure line from Mezco Toyz. Check out the “5 Points” figures after the break.

With 2 classic films in their history already (I’m allowed to think that) the Addams Family has moved into the realm of animation. Their newest big screen adventure sees the insanely oddball clan go full toon, with a look that’s incredibly faithful to the classic comic version from Charles Addams.
It’s also the inspiration for the new action figure line from Mezco Toyz. Just listed for pre-order, the figures sport… 5 points of articulation. That’s kind of the hook for the new line from the toy-maker, which is an updating of the classic action figure form-factor.
The Addams Family will be sold in a series of two-packs, each one coming complete with a different version of Thing. That’s the Addams’ disembodied, still-living pet hand, just in case you don’t know.
The figure packs will run you $25.00 USD each, or $85 for the whole set, which saves you a bit of green. They’re scheduled to start shipping in April of 2020. Get them here.
Morticia and Gomez
- Morticia – the cool, calm, and collected center of the Addams Family. Morticia wears a long, black gown and is the perfect counterpart to her hot-headed husband, Gomez.
- Gomez – a devoted husband and father who lives to lavish affection on his wife and indulge his children’s vices. Gomez is debonair in his pinstripe suit and is riddled with explosive energy.
- Thing – the disembodied hand that is somewhere between a beloved family pet, a valet, and a personal assistant.
Grandma and Wednesday
- Grandma – a totally dishonest woman who thoroughly enjoys cheating at cards. Grandma wears a shawl over her dress and is smitten with her grandchildren, often treating them to all sorts of monstrosities.
Wednesday – the eldest of the Addams brood who adores torturing her beloved little brother Pugsley. Wednesday wears a collared long sleeve dress and spends her time beheading her dolls and taking care of her pet octopus.
Thing – the disembodied hand that is somewhere between a beloved family pet, a valet, and a personal assistant.
Uncle Fester and Pugsley
- Pugsley – a menacing 10 year old on overdrive. Pugsley wears a stripped t-shirt and shorts and is a relentless innovator of endlessly devilish plots.
- Fester – a good-natured, merry uncle that likes to create mayhem wherever he goes. Fester wears a long, black coat and loves a good bubble bath.
- Thing – the disembodied hand that is somewhere between a beloved family pet, a valet, and a personal assistant.
Lurch and It
- Lurch – the deeply loyal butler of the Addams Family. The towering giant wears a suit and bowtie and is ready to serve.
- It- the high-pitched, babbling relative that is known for his tortuous amount of swagger. It wears his iconic dark glasses and bowler hat and always brings the party wherever he goes.
