Crash Bandicoot is bringing his own brand of N.Sanity to the Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. You probably already knew that though. What you might not have known is that Activision has updated the launch of the game, from July to next month.
Crash, boom, bang
Crash Bandicoot: The N.Sane Trilogy originally arrived exclusively for the PS4 last year. The game is actually a compilation (as the name implies) of the first three Bandicoot titles. All of them from back in the PSOne days. But this is no mere rehash, as all three games were basically rebuilt from scratch.
The result was a trio of adventures that looked like they were just cooked up, as modern releases. While the gameplay was the same from the classic Crash’s, the difficulty was tweaked a bit too, giving gamers a little more of a challenge than they might remember.
All around, it was great stuff. Though the plain issue was that it was a PS4 exclusive. Well, not any more, as Activision is bringing the game to the Switch, Xbox One, and even the PC. Originally slated for a July 10th launch, the publisher has just announced that it’ll be arriving a full two weeks early.
Non-PS4 gamers will now be able to play through Crash’s best titles on June 29th. Pre-orders, as you might imagine, are open.
