Age of Ultron comes home this Fall

Marvel’s latest Avengers feature film hits digital download this September and home video this October, filled with deleted scenes, some outtakes, and more.

One of the biggest movies of the year, and the penultimate chapter of Phase 2 of the MCU (Ant-Man is the last film of the ‘season’), Age of Ultron upped the ante with another army that got thrown against the Avengers with the spawn of the robotic homicidal maniac Ultron.

It was a big film in pretty much every way and is almost required viewing if you’re a Marvel fan of any sort. As you might imagine, the home video presentation of the movie will be packed full of extras to accompany the film. You can expect a little of everything, including those deleted scenes that fleshed out the story even more.

You’ll be able to get your hands on Avengers: Age of Ultron digitally first, on September 8th via Digital 3D, Digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere. As for a physical boxed edition of the flick (as well as additional digital formats and On-Demand), you can grab one of those at your favorite retailer starting on October the 2nd.

Here’s what’s in store:

Marvel Studios reunites Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in the unprecedented movie event, Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron.  Iconic heroes are forced to reassemble and face their most intimidating enemy yet – ULTRON.  Pushed to the brink of their physical and emotional limits, the team must recruit both new heroes and familiar allies to face an escalating danger that threatens the entire planet.
