Trials Fusion gets an update and a new demo on Xbox One

Ubisoft’s latest stunt/platform title Trials Fusion has a bunch of new tracks to race on, tournaments to race in, and a demo that’s out now on Xbox One.

Like Trials needed to get any more addictive.

This new update for the game brings a ten pack of new tracks, all made available throughout he cross-platform Track Central. Basically, that means that the tracks are available for download (for free) on any version of the game for any platform. And you have brand new incentive to log back in abad get those tracks because Ubisoft and developer RedLynx have added tournament play to the title.

Tourneys are set to run for limited periods and will give Trials Fusion players a chance to see how they stand up (or fall down) against other gamers. Place on the leaderboards for the game through a tournament and you just might win “rider gear, bike parts, in-game cash” or experience points.

Also outlined was the DLC plan for the game. You can expect to see six packs total become available over the Summer, with each one purchasable separately or as a part of the season pass. The content that’s set to become available will actually be pretty varied and include “tracks, new bike parts, rider gear”, and new items for the track editor.  Also pretty cool is that all that content will get gamers a front row ticket to a new Career Mode event.

And finally, if you have yet to give Trials Fusion a go, you can grab a free demo of the game on Xbox Live for the Xbox One console right now. So no more excuses, get to racing… and falling.
