Thor: God of Thunder has far and away been one of my favorite books in the Marvel NOW! revamp. I haven’t enjoyed Thor stories this much since the ’90s version of the Thunder God, albeit for completely different reasons.
The older version of the book was way more… comic-booky than this one with fights against Juggernaut and the like. Thor: God of Thunder is a grittier, darker and a generally more godly take on him- but I’m really digging it.
