Valiant Comics brings Unity to Baltimore

The Baltimore Comic Con will play host to Valiant Comics and their big time Unity event next month. Expect action, adventure and freebies galore.

Valiant will have signings, giveaways and more all set up for the show; one of the largest on the East Coast. Writer Robert Venditti (X-O Manowar, Green Lantern) and artist Barry Kitson (Harbinger, Bloodshot)will both be in attendance at the booth for autographs, but that’s not all.

Unity #1 will also be there as Valiant amps up the excitement around its first universe-wide event book. True, Harbinger Wars might have brought Harbinger and Bloodshot together in the same pages, but this one’s a real doozy. If you don’t know, Unity surrounds an assemblage of unlikely Valiant Universe members as they team to take down a single man that they all deem a massive threat to the entire world; X-O Manowar himself.

The Valiant booth will be stocked with special con-only copies of Unity #1 by Matt Kindt and Doug Braithwaite. In addition to the free copy of Unity, the booth will also be stocked with the usual assortment of comics, graphic novels and Valiant apparel.

Outside of the booth-bound goodies, there will also be a panel presentation exclusive to the Baltimore con entitled Road to Unity on Saturday, September 7th and starting at 2pm.

Join an all-star panel of Valiant insiders for a must-see round of news and announcements about the most talked-about publisher in comics! Featuring creators J.G. Jones (Eternal Warrior), Barry Kitson (Harbinger, Bloodshot), Robert Venditti (X-O Manowar), and Jim Zub (Shadowman), alongside Publisher Fred Pierce and Chief Creative Officer Dinesh Shamdasani, find out everything you need to know about the massive repercussions of UNITY and what’s next for Valiant’s greatest heroes – only at Baltimore Comic-Con!

Valiant Comics will be at booth #’s 1505 and 1506 for the show, which runs through the 7th and 8th of September.
