Telltale deals Poker Night 2

Tell me if you’ve heard this one- Brock Samson, Claptrap, Sam (of Sam & Max fame) and Ash from Army of Darkness sit down to play some cards…

Here’s who’ll be sitting at your table (just in case you didn’t watch the trailer):

• Claptrap from Gearbox Software’s critically-acclaimed and multi-million selling Borderlands video game series
• Brock Samson from Adult Swim’s animated series The Venture Bros.
• Sam from the Sam & Max video game and comic book series by Steve Purcell
• Ash Williams from the cult classic movie Army of Darkness. Groovy!

Dealing the cards (also, just in case you didn’t watch the trailer) will be none other than the sadistic tormentor from Portal, GLaDOS. And if something in this announcement didn’t make you smile then I’m pretty sure you aren’t human.

In any event, Poker Night 2 will also offer some big time bonuses for other titles that tie in with the game including: “exclusive skins and heads for use within Borderlands 2 (Xbox 360, PS3 and PC), character accessories for Team Fortress 2 (PC only), unique Xbox 360 Avatar Items, and Premium Themes for dressing up PlayStation 3”.

Get set to deal the cards as Telltale Games Poker Night 2 doubles down on Xbox Live, the PSN and Steam later this month. “Other systems” are set to be announced as well, but there’s no news yet on what they might be… though if you think about it for a second, I’m sure you can figure it out.
