You can Tweet and play full games now. No, seriously

Just when you thought Twitter couldn’t get any more wonderful, it’s now possible to Tweet full games and play ’em right there in Twitter.

To be fair, this was actually possible months ago, but it’s just getting out there into the public domain with people taking advantage of it right now. It all comes as a result of the Internet Archive’s release of loads of MS-DOS games in January.

How’s that possible? Well, you can (and are meant to) play these free games via your browser, but it’s apparently very possible to Tweet a link to them as well and have them be just as playable. While that opens up a whole mess of new game playing possibilities, it also completely annihilates any chance of getting anything done… ever.

Enjoy.
