Archer & Armstrong to crossover with Bloodshot in Mission: Improbable

What happens when indestructible immortal meets unkillable commando?

Archer & Armstrong are going to war with Bloodshot and H.A.R.D Corps! (GULP!) That’s right, Valiant’s globe-trotting adventure duo have been targeted for elimination by Project Rising Spirit’s most elite kill crew. Their mission? Assassinate the the newly appointed leader of a homegrown fundamentalist terror sect named…Obadiah Archer?! (And if they could take out his mentally ill, alcoholic bodyguard who just happens to think he’s a 10,000-year-old immortal, that’d be swell too!)

It’s an improbable mission with impossible odds. Do Bloodshot and the steely killers of the H.A.R.D. Corps stand a chance against two conspiracy-smashing heroes that never go down without a fight? Find out when Valiant lights the fuse on “Mission: Improbable” in Archer & Armstrong #18 and Bloodshot and H.A.R.D. Corps #20 – the FIRST ISSUES of this unprecedented, four-part crossover event!

This should be an interesting one. A&A are about as anti-conspiratorial as you can get in Valiant’s Universe and Project Rising Spirit is as close an evil cabal as any group in comics… without officially being an evil cabal. Also sure to be cool is the eventual meeting and one-on-one between Armstrong and Bloodshot. Since ‘Shot is targeting Archer and Armstrong is the kid’s self-appointed protector, the probability that that’ll be a knock-down, drag-out is exceptionally high.

There’s gonna be fireworks- Archer & Armstrong #18 and Bloodshot and H.A.R.D. Corps #20 kick off this four-part crossover event this coming March from the all-star creative team of Fred Van Lente, Pere Perez, Christos Gage, Joshua Dysart and newcomer, artist Tom Raney.
