Woolfe: The Red Hood Diaries takes a bite out of Steam

Grin’s Woolfe: The Red Hood Diaries is finally available in full release on Steam.

We profiled Woolfe a short while ago in a preview that called developer Grin’s latest “a must-buy indie title“. So with that kind of praise for a yet-unfinished version of the game, you could probably get a good sense as to what the finished game would play like.

A 2.5D action/platformer, Woolfe takes the classic fairy tale and twists it up in a bow, though you probably wouldn’t expect anything less from the team at Grin. Set in a Victorian industrial setting, you’ll be facing off against not only Red Riding Hood-themed baddies, but those from across the world of fairy stories like “The Pied Piper, tin soldiers, big bad wolves, scary fairies and – of course – her nemesis B.B. Woolfe.”

Available right no on Steam, Woolfe: The Red Hood Diaries is ready for download and will cost you $9.99 USD.
