E3 2014: Hotline Miami 2 level editor announced

Make your own scenes of mass carnage in Devolver Digital and Dennaton Games’ blood-drenched ode to the 80s.

As if Hotline Miami wasn’t addictive enough already with it’s mix of puzzle-like stages and over-the-top action, here comes a level editor. You’ll be able to make your own stages in Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, complete with rooms and enemies galore (just don’t add too many okay?).

From there, you can not only play these levels after you build ’em, but also share them online to torment other gamers with. Yes, it’s truly a great time to be alive and playing super-gory, should-crushingly tough, old school games.

Look for Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number to arrive on the PC, PS3, PS4, and PS Vita some time later this year.

About Jason Micciche

Jason's been knee deep in videogames since he was but a lad. Cutting his teeth on the pixely glory that was the Atari 2600, he's been hack'n'slashing and shoot'em'uping ever since. Mainly an FPS and action guy, Jason enjoys the occasional well crafted title from every genre.
