King of Fighters XIII Steam edition now available

Round one starts now PC gamers.

The latest version of SNK Playmore’s long running fighting game series is finally on the PC with a few improvements that the console versions were lacking.

Forst and foremost, SNK is saying that the netcode is “vastly improved”. The company says that matches should be relatively lag-free at this point, which is something that’s important to all gamers- but a necessity in a fighting game. The title also has all of the DLC right from the start with Nests-Style Kyo, Power of Flames Iori and Mr.Karate all playable immediately. The trio’s inclusion actually bumps up the roster in the three-on-three fighter to a massive 36 characters too. And really, who’s going to complain about more characters?
