Last week’s tease let gamers take a little peek at what Bethesda and MachineGames have in store with Wolfenstein: The New Order. The fresh batch of screens out today give an even closer look at the alternate timeline where WWII ended very differently.
Wolfenstein: The New Order looks to be shaping up very nicely indeed with some sharp looking visuals and really neat enemy designs (love those mechs). As a fan of the original games from iD Software though, it feels more than a little odd to see no mentions of any supernatural elements… yet anyway.
Is this a Wolf that sheds the more mystical mainstays that the series is noted for? Could be. We shall see when Wolfenstein: The New Order drops in on the Xbox 360, PS3 PC and ‘next generation’ consoles this Autumn.
