Classic toy company Playmobil is ringing the bell on a new line with WWE, including a selection of figures and even a ring.
Playmobil-mania is running wild with the WWE
Fans of Playmobil’s lineup of toys have had quite a few years to date. The company, a longstanding favorite for kids, has effectively joined the adult collector market with a range of pop culture-inspired figures and vehicles.
We actually reviewed the Magnum P.I. set a few years back, but there are many more properties in the line at this point. Those have famously included the Ghostbusters, but also the A-Team, James Bond 007, Knight Rider, and now… the WWE. That’s right, fans can create a mini-WWE experience all their own, thanks to the Playmobil debut of an assortment of modern superstars and mighty icons.
The line will be broken up into three parts. The first is a vehicle that includes the Great One himself, The Rock. Following up on that is a series of blind-bags. Thanks to the format, fans won’t know who they’re getting in those, until they pop ’em open. As for who they can expect to find though, those we can help out with. Classic superstars like Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold Steve Austin, HHH, and Chyna will be in there, along with Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and John Cena.
Hang on though, because there’s more. As mentioned, The Rock has his own ride, which will be in the form of a monster truck. But there’s a whole ring setup that’s on the way too, and it’ll come complete with Seth Rollins and CM Punk figures, plus a referee and a cameraman. How cool is that?
