Peacemaker is on more than just your TV, with a Hot Toys figure coming in 2026

DC Studios’ Peacemaker just debuted its second season, but the title anti-hero is also getting a Hot Toys adaptation for your shelf.

He doesn’t look chill to you?

Originally debuting in James Gunn’s Suicide Squad sorta-sequel, Peacemaker has risen high above his comic book origins. The anti-hero wasn’t even a DC Comics character originally. He only apperaed once the publisher bought out Charlton Comics back in the 80s.

And even after coming to the bigger company, Christopher Smith (Peacemaker) wasn’t a big name. He appeared here and there over the decades, but wasn’t all that notable really, or included in any major storylines. That’s probably why Gunn picked him for the film, and what a boon that was for the character.

Not only did Peacemaker, who’s played by John Cena, become one of the biggest parts of that movie, but thanks to a TV series, he’s only gotten more popular. Airing on HBO Max, and just debuting its second season, Peacemaker has hit mainstream status. And now he’s coming to Hot Toys lineup too.

Retailer Sideshow just revealed that a Hot Toys adaptaion is indeed on tap for 2026, complete with the likeness of Cena. Fans can look for much more to be included as well, with a pair of helmets and facial expressions, and even a… magnetic tongue? Yeah, we’re gonna leave that one alone, and just let you read through the official reveal, provided by retailer Sideshow.

As fans celebrate the Eagly-anticipated return of John Cena in Season 2 of Peacemaker, Hot Toys have unveiled an all-new 1/6 scale figure inspired by DC’s most unhinged antihero.  

In Season 2, John Cena reprises his role as Christopher Smith, A.K.A Peacemaker™ who, after facing multiversal consequences to his actions, must confront his traumatic past. 

The Peacemaker 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure has been meticulously crafted and hand-painted to reflect John Cena’s compelling and layered portrayal of the unpredictable, chaotic, and often deeply troubled super soldier. The figure features a newly developed head sculpt of Christopher Smith equipped with Hot Toys’ innovative separate rolling eyeballs system, which enables collectors to finely adjust the figure’s gaze for more nuanced and realistic posing and display options.  

The Peacemaker 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure also includes an alternate switch-out helmeted head with two shining metallic silver electroplated helmets, and two interchangeable lower face plates – providing a variety of character expressions (even with a magnetically attachable tongue, for when you just have to rock!).  

Peacemaker’s muscular body, with seamless silicone arms and over 30 points of articulation combines versatile posing potential with unparalleled realism. He is outfitted in his iconic red and navy ringer tee with the Dove of Peace emblem, a pair of pants with a pistol holster, a utility belt with pouches, and a pair of long boots, faithfully recreating his on-screen wardrobe.  

Peacemaker’s tactical accessories include his pistol with suppressor, a sword, and a tomahawk, as well as a magnetically attachable jetpack that can be worn on his back. And let’s not forget his best bud! His eagle sidekick, Eagly, is also included as a detailed 1/6 scale accessory with interchangeable wing configurations.  

Everything above rests atop a specially designed figure display stand which enables collectors to replicate scenes from the wild multiverse adventures of Season 2!
