The latest game to bear the Fatal Fury name is adding in another classic series star, with season one’s Andy Bogard.
The pack expands
Every Fatal Fury fan knows Andy Bogard well. The brother of iconic SNK brawler Terry Bogard, Andy has been a mainstay in both the Fatal Fury series, and King of Fighters. When Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves debuted though, he was decidedly absent from the roster, though followers had to know that he’d be popping up somewhere down the line.
And as it turns out, Andy is coming to the game sooner than later (voiced in English by Kieran Regan), as the first DLC fighter for season one. Even better, is that owners of the game won’t have to pay anything extra to add him in, since SNK says Andy will be a free download when he lands next week.
Yes, next week. We did say he was coming up soon.
Andy brings his melee combat prowess and ninja skills to City of the Wolves, ready to face off with his pupil Hokutomaru, brother Terry, and South Town’s other fearsome fighters.
SNK press release
Andy Bogard officially arrives on June 24th, and is just the first of what’s a planned wave of five DLC characters for Season Pass 1. We’re not sure of the status of the rest of them, as far as if they’re free or not, but it’s a pretty stacked lineup regardless. Street Fighter’s Ken Masters is up next, with an August release, which leads to Joe Higashi in the fall, Chun-Li (also making the leap from Street Fighter) this winter, and Mr. Big in early 2026.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is out now for the PC, PS4, and Xbox.
