Nintendo Download: A New Adventure is on the Horizon!

The world of LEGO Horizon goes up for pre-order, plus a new Star Wars bundle arrives along with the Transformers and more.

Still one of the oddest stories of the year as far as we’re concerned, the PlayStation series Horizon and its heroine Aloy will soon officially become multi-platform. That’s not the weirdest part though, as we still can’t quite fathom the fact that this isn’t a core Horizon title we’re talking about, but a LEGO adaptation. And of course, it’s also coming to Switch. Just… odd.

Anyway, for those who dig LEGO titles, there should be much the same action present for this new incarnation of the long-running series. It’s just that instead of lightsabers and One Rings, fans will be playing in a post-apocalyptic future where robotic animals roam the landscape. Again though, it’s not out quite yet but does have that digital pre-order ready to roll. If you’re looking for something new to play now though, there are a bunch of smaller releases arriving as well.

Chief among those is a new bundle that brings together Star Wars: Bounty Hunter and Republic Commando. Two of the best received prequel era video games, the two titles seemingly go pretty well together, and apparently publisher Aspyr agrees.

Finally, Transformers: Galactic Trials brings the robots in disguise back once again, this time for a little cosmic racing. No, it’s definitely not what you might think of first when you consider the IP, but the title nonetheless looks kind of interesting, and features Nemesis Prime as the main villain. Points for originality there.
