Marvel teases Blood Hunt tie-ins, and which heroes will be turned to the vampiric side

June is going to see a heck of a lot of Blood Hunt action hit the Marvel U, and that’s not gonna be good for some of the world’s heroes.

Round two of Marvel’s huge Blood Hunt crossover event is going to be just as massive as round one. At least that’s what it looks like to us, since two newly shared press releases are absolutely packed. Both are loaded with issues that will come in the form of spin-offs and single issues of existing runs, bringing bloody action across the publisher’s line. While we can’t speak to the quality of this tale just yet, the blitz-to-be reminds us of what might’ve been seen in decades gone by, which is (again, so far) a good thing.

If you’ve been following along, then you know the major players already, but the biggest news is that vampiric hordes look like they’ll be adding more than one hero to their roster. Now, just for the record, these seem like pretty big spoilers, but Marvel is sharing the news as though it’s something that fans should be aware of going in.

So with that in mind, we’ll just let you know right at the top here that Blood Hunt isn’t going to be too kind to Black Panther and Doctor Strange. Strange was hinted at already, though it does look like both heroes will be turned, baring fangs and (maybe reluctantly) joining the legions of the damned.
